Our Leadership Team
Wendy Duncombe-Moss is a former full-time, now adjunct university professor and the founder and CEO of Bahamas Total Education Centre Limited. She has been an educator for over thirty years, assisting students from all spectrums of the education ladder to excel in school, STEM subjects in particular. She believes that all students can learn and become self-reliant learners.
She desires to disseminate information to students, empower them to teach themselves, and help them develop a life-long passion for learning. Outside of the academic arena, Wendy loves travelling, gardening, and reading.

Gabrielle Moss is the Head of Finance and Operations at BTEC. As an actuarial consultant, she is responsible for overseeing BTEC’s financial strategy and risk allocation decisions and manages the internal team operations to keep everyone on track.
Gabrielle holds a B.Sc in Applied Mathematics and Statistics and a M.S.E in Financial Mathematics from Johns Hopkins University. She is working to finish her Associate in the Society of Actuaries (ASA) credential within the next year. When not working with her beloved Excel, she loves watching YouTube videos on Personal Finance, Natural Hairstyles, and Makeup.

William Moss is the Head of Technology and Innovation. Fueled by caffeine and music, he creates and manages everything on BTEC’s website, helps to maintain the social media accounts, and keeps the team up to date on innovative technological trends.
William is pursuing his B.Sc degree in Computer Science at Kettering University. His hobbies include playing chess, composing classical music, and playing volleyball.
